Peaches And Cream

• 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 box (4 serving size pkg.) regular vanilla pudding mix
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 c. milk
• 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1. In mixing bowl, stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
2. Combine egg, milk and melted butter or margarine.
3. Add to dry ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
6. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup liquid.
7. Chop peaches.
8. Sprinkle atop batter.
9. Beat together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach liquid.
10. Pour atop peaches in pan.
11. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon.
12. Sprinkle over all.
13. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes.
14. Cool.
15. Serves 9.
