Hors D'Oeuvre Cheesecake

  1. Combine cheeses and taco seasoning; beat well.
  2. Add the eggs; stir in half of the sour cream.
  3. Fold in the chilies and red pepper.
  4. Pour into a greased 10-inch spring-form pan and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes, or until set.
  5. Combine the remainder of the sour cream and salsa; spread over the cheesecake.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes, sliced olives, shredded cheese or sour cream.
  10. Serves 12 to 18.
