Baked Chicken Parmesean Recipe

  1. Brush chicken with mayonaise: coat with combined remaining ingredients.
  2. Place in 9+13 inch bakiang dish.
  3. Bake at 350 1 hour or possibly till tender.
  4. NOTES : Variations Substitute 1 lb.
  5. fish fillets for chicken.. Reduce mayo to 1/3 c., crumbs to 1/2 c. and parmesan cheese to 1/4 c.. Reduce baking time to 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
