crispy chicken

  1. Take a bowl mix chicken boneless, cornflour, flour, red color, eggs, garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste, soya sauce, vinegar, salt into it and mix all ingredients
  2. put it for 1hr.
  3. Take a pan heat oil add chicken and fry it slowly.
  4. Remove chiken after fry
  5. Then put 3 chopped onion in pan cook for 1min then add 2 slize chopped capsicum and 1 buch chopped spring onion
  6. cook well for 5min
  7. Now Add 1tsp garlic ginger paste, 1/2tsp green chilli paste, 1tsp soya sauce, 1tsp vinager and salt to taste
  8. cook well 5-10mins
  9. Now add cripy chiken fry into it
  10. cook for 5mins
  11. crispy chiken is ready to serve.
