Pants off Dance off Beef Pita Pockets
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 19 ounces cannellini beans, drained
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 12 teaspoon pepper (optional)
- Heat oil over med-high heat.
- Add beef, onion, & garlic until meat is no longer pink.
- Drain on paper towels if it's a fatty cut.
- Return to pan.
- Add all remaining ingredients & simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Spoon into warmed pita bread pockets.
