Swiss Chicken
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch
- 14 cup white wine
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 1 cup herb stuffing mix
- fat free butter-flavored cooking spray
- Mix wine and chicken soup.
- Mix 1/4 cup water and herb stuffing.
- In square baking dish, layer chicken, cheese, soup mixture and then stuffing mix.
- Spray top with fat free butter spray.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
