Grilled Sub Sandwich

  1. Slice loaves into 4 sub sandwich rolls and with a sharp knife, hollow out and remove some of the bread.
  2. Layer 1/4 of the ham on one side of the roll and 1/4 of the turkey on the other.
  3. Layer 1/4 of the onions, red pepper and cheese on top of the meats.
  4. Close the roll and wrap well with aluminum foil.
  5. Grill on the top rack of your BBQ (or you can warm thoroughly in your oven).
  6. Grill for about 15 minutes turning several times.
