Grilled Sub Sandwich
- 2 whole Loaves, Baguette Length, Honey Wheat
- 1/2 pounds Sliced Honey Ham
- 1 pound Sliced Smoked Turkey
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Sliced Thinly
- 8 ounces, weight Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 pounds Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Slice loaves into 4 sub sandwich rolls and with a sharp knife, hollow out and remove some of the bread.
- Layer 1/4 of the ham on one side of the roll and 1/4 of the turkey on the other.
- Layer 1/4 of the onions, red pepper and cheese on top of the meats.
- Close the roll and wrap well with aluminum foil.
- Grill on the top rack of your BBQ (or you can warm thoroughly in your oven).
- Grill for about 15 minutes turning several times.
