Herbed Spaghetti Squash with Mozzarella

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Halve squash lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out and discard seeds.
  4. Place cut side up in baking pan; add butter and garlic to hollow centers.
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  6. Cover tightly with foil; bake 1 1/2 hours or until very tender.
