Pan-Fried Ginger Pork
- 250 grams Sliced pork offcuts
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 small piece Ginger (grated)
- 1 small piece Garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Heat some oil and garlic in a pan.
- Once it's fragrant, add the meat and the onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir fry.
- Cook until the onion caramelizes in a golden-brown color.
- When the onion turns brown, add the ingredients and mix to combine.
- You're all done.
