Pan-Fried Ginger Pork

  1. Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Heat some oil and garlic in a pan.
  3. Once it's fragrant, add the meat and the onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir fry.
  5. Cook until the onion caramelizes in a golden-brown color.
  6. When the onion turns brown, add the ingredients and mix to combine.
  7. You're all done.
