Turkey Sausage Ragu Recipe

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced celery and onions and sweat for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sausage.
  4. Be sure to remove the casing and pull apart with your fingers.
  5. Should be in small chuncks.
  6. Brown but don't over cook.
  7. About 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add the sugar.
  9. Add full can of Trader Joe's Marinara Sauce and bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  11. Chop Italian parsley and add to top.
  12. Serve over your favorite pasta.
