Deviled Eggs
- 1/2 dozen Eggs
- 1/4 cup Mayonaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 1/2 tsp relish
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 paprika for garnish (optional)
- 1 Salt
- In a pot, bring eggs to a boil.
- Add salt to water.
- (This will help to keep the shells from sticking together.)
- Boil eggs for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool and run under cold water.
- Peel the eggs.
- Slice the eggs in half.
- In a medium bowl, scoop out the yolk.
- With a fork, smash the yolk.
- Add the mayo, relish, mustard, and paprika.
- Mix until well blended.
- Take a spoonful and fill the egg with the mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika over top.
