Deviled Eggs

  1. In a pot, bring eggs to a boil.
  2. Add salt to water.
  3. (This will help to keep the shells from sticking together.)
  4. Boil eggs for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Let cool and run under cold water.
  6. Peel the eggs.
  7. Slice the eggs in half.
  8. In a medium bowl, scoop out the yolk.
  9. With a fork, smash the yolk.
  10. Add the mayo, relish, mustard, and paprika.
  11. Mix until well blended.
  12. Take a spoonful and fill the egg with the mixture.
  13. Sprinkle paprika over top.
