Warm Honey and Potato Cabbage Salad

  1. Add to a medium-large bowl the chopped cabbage, green onions, almonds and roasted red potatoes.
  2. Fold until well combined.
  3. Whisk together in a small sized bowl the honey and orange juice.
  4. Pour the honey and orange juice mixture over the top of the cabbage salad and fold until well combined.
  5. Add a bit of salt to taste.
  6. Cover and let sit in the fridge until ready to serve.
  7. Best if served warm.
