Warm Roasted Garlic & Tomato Bruschetta
- 1 baguette (350 g), cut into 32 slices
- 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup Philadelphia Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet.
- Toss tomatoes with syrup, thyme and oil; spread onto rimmed baking sheet.
- Place baking sheets, side-by-side, on middle oven rack.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until bread is lightly toasted and tomatoes are softened.
- Spread toast slices with cream cheese product; top with tomatoes.
