Miso Stir-fry Carrots
- 100 grams Carrot
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp Margarine (or butter)
- 1/2 tbsp Blended miso
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- Shred the carrot using a vegetable slicer or mandoline.
- Combine the A ingredients and mix well.
- Heat margarine in a frying pan.
- Add the carrot and stir fry over medium heat until wilted.
- Add the combined A ingredients.
- Stir fry for 1 minute and turn off the heat.
- Transfer to serving bowls, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and it's done.
- The slightly al dente carrot and the garlic flavor will boost your appetite.
