Genever en Fuego

• 1 1/2 ounces genever
• 3/4 ounce mezcal
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2 teaspoons honey mixed with 1 teaspoon warm water)
• Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the genever, mezcal, lemon juice, lime juice and honey syrup.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Fine strain into a chilled double rocks glass over the large ice cube.
