Genever en Fuego
- 1 1/2 ounces genever
- 3/4 ounce mezcal
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2 teaspoons honey mixed with 1 teaspoon warm water)
- Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the genever, mezcal, lemon juice, lime juice and honey syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fine strain into a chilled double rocks glass over the large ice cube.
