Yuzu Salt Made in a Week
- 1 as much as you have Yuzu fruit
- 1 Salt
- Chop the flesh of the yuzu fruit.
- In a clean jar, make alternate layers of the salt and yuzu, then top with plenty of salt.
- Let it mature in the fridge for 1 week, and then it's ready!
