Poisson en papillote (fish in foil)

  1. preheat oven to 400F
  2. place each filet on its own square of foil.
  3. sprinkle with herbs, cover with finley sliced tomatoes & lemons.
  4. close foil tight, leaving some air inside, and scrunch ends.
  5. cook at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

choice, aluminum foil, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, tomatoes, lemons
