Poisson en papillote (fish in foil)
- 2 fish fillets of choice
- 2 aluminum foil
- 1 parsley, to taste
- 1 dill, to taste
- 1 Thyme, to taste
- 1 salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 lemons
- preheat oven to 400F
- place each filet on its own square of foil.
- sprinkle with herbs, cover with finley sliced tomatoes & lemons.
- close foil tight, leaving some air inside, and scrunch ends.
- cook at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
