Fruity Naengmyeon with Avocado and Kiwi
- 1 bag Naengmyeon
- 1 Avocado
- 60 grams Kimchi (Chinese cabbage)
- 1/2 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Kiwi fruit
- Remove the skin and seed of the avocado and cut into 1 cm chunks.
- Thinly slice the kimchi.
- Combine the avocado, kimchi, ground white sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
- Peel the kiwi and cut in half vertically, then cut into thin wedges.
- Boil water in a pot and boil the noodles as directed on the package (1 minute).
- Rinse with cold water, place on dishes, and pour the soup packet on top.
- Top Step 3's noodles with Step 1 avocados and Step 2 kiwis.
- Top to taste with chopped nori and enjoy.
