Japanese Pork and Peppers

  1. Heat wok or frying pan until hot.
  2. Add cooking oil.
  3. Add pork slices.
  4. Stir fry for about 2 minutes until browned.
  5. Add next 4 ingredients.
  6. Stir fry for about 6 minutes until peppers are tender crisp.
  7. Stir soy sauce, sake and sugar into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth.
  8. Stir into pork mixture until boiling and thickened.
  9. Serves 6.
