Tortellini With Spicy Sausage and Broccoli

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, adding the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain, reserving 2 to 3 Tbs of the pasta cooking water.
  3. While pasta is cooking, pulse tomatoes and oil in food processor until coarsely chopped.
  4. Add olives, rosemary and garlic; pulse until olives are coarsely chopped.
  5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the sausage 3 to 4 minutes until it begins to brown.
  7. Stir in tortellini, tomato mixture and reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  8. Top with cheese.
