Brownie in a Mug

  1. Melt butter and cocoa butter on low temperature.
  2. Place all dry ingredients into a mug or mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly
  3. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, whisking throughout.
  5. The product should be a viscous, even consistency.
  6. Pour into a mug.
  7. Microwave until only the center is gooey (around 60-90 seconds depending on microwave strength).
  8. Scoop ice cream onto the brownie and enjoy!
