Gorgonzola Waldorf Sandwiches
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, chopped
- 1 cup each green and red grape halves
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 6 croissants
- Toss all ingredients except croissants.
- Fill croissants with chicken mixture.
