Chicken Parmesan

  1. Pound chicken until thin.
  2. Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.
  4. Brown quickly in oil.
  5. Drain chicken and put in casserole pan.
  6. While chicken is cooking, stir tomato sauce, basil and garlic.
  7. Heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Add margarine.
  9. Pour over chicken.
  10. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  11. Cover.
  12. Cook 1/2 hour at 350u0b0.
  13. Uncover and put Mozzarella cheese on top; bake until cheese melts (approximately 5 minutes).
  14. Serve with side of spaghetti.
