Peanut Butter Loaf

  6. 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  7. On paper plate or sheet of wax paper combine dry
  8. ingredients;
  9. set aside.
  10. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  11. In medium bowl,

  14. wire whisk or fork, combine remaining ingredients, beating until egg is blended (peanut butter and margarine will

  17. Stir in dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  18. Pour into sprayed pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes (until
  19. loaf

  21. golden and a cake tester, inserted in center, comes
  22. out dry).
  23. Set loaf in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes to cool
  24. slightly,
  25. then
  26. invert
  27. onto
  28. rack for 5 minutes to cool slightly,
  29. then
  30. invert
  31. onto
  32. rack.
  33. Remove
  34. pan
  35. and let cool completely.
  36. To serve, cut into 12 equal slices.
