Mahi Wraps
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 pounds Mahi Mahi
- 1 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cups Diced Plum Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Your Favorite Salsa
- 10 whole Flour Soft Tortillas
- In a bowl mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic and lemon juice.
- Place fish in a Ziploc baggie and pour the marinade in.
- Let fish marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
- Grill fish on high heat for 5-7 minutes, per side, depending on how thick your fillets are.
- Chop up some lettuce, tomatoes or grab some salsa, guacamole, and cheese if you please.
- Everyone can conduct their own symphony on their tortilla and viola, a yummy, quick healthy dinner in a snap!
- Rarely are there leftovers.
