Pumpkin Cake

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center of mixture.
  3. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Stir until moistened.
  5. Fold in raisins and pecans.
  6. Spoon into a 12-cup Bundt pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Contains 4.5 grams fat, 54.8 grams carbohydrates and
  12. 41 mg.
  13. cholesterol.
