Mexi-Mac Tostada Bowls
- 1 lb. ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix (prepared as directed)
- 1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (prepared as directed)
- 1 can (15.5-oz.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tomato, diced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 4 (6-inch) tostada shells
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
- Optional Toppings as desired:
- TACO BELL Taco Sauce or Thick & Chunky Salsa
- jalapeno peppers
- BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Start browning ground beef and water boiling at the same time.
- When ground beef is cooked through, add taco mix (as directed on package).
- When water is boiling, prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box.
- Heat beans in a microwave-safe dish until warmed through.
- Divide the ingredients in fourths and arrange them inside tostada shells.
- Add sour cream, taco sauce or salsa and jalapenos if desired.
- Serve immediately.
