Corned Beef Casserole
- 8 slices marble rye bread, toasted, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 cup drained CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Reserve half the bread for later use; spread half the bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over bread in baking dish.
- Cover with reserved bread; spray with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until heated through.
