Cantimpalo & Turkey Panini
- 2 slice California Sourdough Bread
- 2 oz turkey
- 2 oz Chorizo Cantimpalo
- 1 tbsp evoo
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 roma tomato sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- Make Aioli sauce... blend 2 tbsp mayonaise with 1 roasted red bell pepper in a blender.
- Brush EVOO on 1 side of both pieces of bread.
- Add sliced tomato, cheese, chorizo, turkey and aioli sauce into sandwich.
- Place sandwich on a panini press or hot cast iron skillet until desired toastiness occurs.
- EAT.
