Cantimpalo & Turkey Panini

  1. Make Aioli sauce... blend 2 tbsp mayonaise with 1 roasted red bell pepper in a blender.
  2. Brush EVOO on 1 side of both pieces of bread.
  3. Add sliced tomato, cheese, chorizo, turkey and aioli sauce into sandwich.
  4. Place sandwich on a panini press or hot cast iron skillet until desired toastiness occurs.
  5. EAT.
