Creamy Ham & Potatoes

• 1-1/2 lb. potatoes (about 3 medium), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 2 Tbsp. oil
• 1-1/2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Cooked Ham, coarsely chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 cup frozen green peas
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 2 tsp. adobo seasoning

1. Place potatoes in large microwaveable bowl; cover.
2. Microwave on HIGH 10 min.
3. or until tender, stirring after 5 min.
4. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
5. Add ham and onions; cook 3 to 4 min.
6. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
7. Stir in peas; cook an additional 2 min., stirring occasionally
8. Add potatoes, sour cream and adobo seasoning; cook 1 min.
