Crunchy Sesame Slaw Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Oriental or possibly vegetable flavored dry Ramen noodle soup mix
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip or possibly Miracle Whip lite dressing
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 c. minced green cabbage
- 2 c. minced red cabbage
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. sesame seed, toasted
- Mix seasoning packet from soup mix, dressing, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Add in cabbage, carrots and onions; mix lightly.
- Chill.
- Add in crumbled dry Ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame just before serving.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Prep Time: 20 minute plus refrigerating.
