Salad With Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

• 1 med. head lettuce
• 1/2 bunch watercress
• 1 c. very sm. white mushroom caps

1. Wash lettuce and watercress and pat dry.
2. Break into bite sized pcs and place in salad bowl.
3. Wash mushrooms and add in to bowl.
4. Toss with dressing.
