Spinach stuffed ravioli
- 1 packages Frozen spinach
- 4 Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 each Wonton wrappers
- 1 1/2 cup Spaghetti sauce
- 1 tbsp Fresh chopped basel
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella
- 1 pinch Salt/pepper
- Microwave spinach 5 min then drain extra water
- Sautee onions in olive oil, add mushrooms, spinach, salt, and pepper
- Remove from heat, mix in feta this is the stuffing
- Mix tomato sauce, sour cream, and choped basil
- Spray baking pan and add a thin layer of tomato sauce mixture
- Using two wrappers per ravioli, fill, roll, and place on top of the tomato sauce mixture until the bottom of pan is covered keep adding layers until your out of stuffing
- End with tomato sauce layer with mozzarella chunks
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes
- Enjoy
