Easy Stir-Fried Pork with Onion and Cheese

  1. Julienne the onion.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a pan.
  3. Saute the onion over medium heat.
  4. Try not to burn it.
  5. Transfer momentarily onto a dish when softened.
  6. Place the pan on damp cloth to cool down slightly.
  7. Again, spread 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  8. Spread out the meat and cook over medium heat.
  9. When both sides are slightly browned, gather to the center.
  10. Top with cooked onions, then season with salt and pepper.
  11. Top with cheese.
  12. Sprinkle on coarsely ground pepper.
  13. Cover the pan and grill for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  14. It's ready to eat when the cheese melts and the bottom is crusty.
