Easy Stir-Fried Pork with Onion and Cheese
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 slice Easy melting cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
- 2 tsp in total Vegetable oil
- Julienne the onion.
- Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a pan.
- Saute the onion over medium heat.
- Try not to burn it.
- Transfer momentarily onto a dish when softened.
- Place the pan on damp cloth to cool down slightly.
- Again, spread 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
- Spread out the meat and cook over medium heat.
- When both sides are slightly browned, gather to the center.
- Top with cooked onions, then season with salt and pepper.
- Top with cheese.
- Sprinkle on coarsely ground pepper.
- Cover the pan and grill for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
- It's ready to eat when the cheese melts and the bottom is crusty.
