Peanut Butter and Jello Jigglers
- 1 2/3 cup water - divided
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 envelope (1/4oz) Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 package (3oz) jello - grape geletin
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add unflavored gelatin in medium bowl stir to completely dissolved.
- Whisk in peanut butter and marshmallows until blended.
- Pour into 8" square dish.
- Sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refigerate 1 hour or until geletin is set but not firm.
- Bring remaining water to a boil.
- Add grape geletin.
- Mix.
- Stir 2 minutes.
- Catefully pour over peanut butter layer in dish.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm .
- Cut into 32 (2x 1") jigglers.
- Or just cut them the way you like them.
