Spinich and bacon quiche Recipe

  1. fry bacon until crispy and set aside
  2. saute onion and celery in white wine and butter
  3. defrost and drain spinich
  4. mix all ingredients and pour into shells
  5. bake at 375 for 45 min.
  6. or until knife comes out clean.

eggs, swiss cheese, medium chedder, cream, milk, spinich, maple bacon, onion, celery, pie crust, white wine
