No-Cook Mango Jam - CERTO Crystals

  1. Peel and pit mangos.
  2. Mash fruit.
  3. Measure exactly 3 cups prepared fruit into large bowl.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice; mix well.
  5. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Combine water and pectin crystals in small saucepan.
  7. Bring to boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  8. Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.
  9. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  10. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  11. Fill all containers immediately to within 1/4 inch of tops.
  12. Cover with lids.
  13. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
