Mashed Rutabagas

  1. Peel rutabagas and slice thinly.
  2. Put in medium saucepan and cover with water.
  3. Boil until tender, 30-45 minutes.
  4. Mash then add heavy cream, margarine, salt and pepper
  5. Eat and enjoy.
