Authentic and Super Easy Lamb Chops
- 800 grams Lamb chops
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Trim the excess fat off the surface of the lamb chops.
- The fat has already been removed in this picture.
- Remove the membrane from the backside by sliding your finger between the membrane and the muscle.
- If this is too much work, you don't need to do it.
- Rub the grated garlic on both sides of the lamb.
- Season it with salt and pepper.
- Heat the skillet and sear the surface of the meat.
- Bake the lamb from Step 4 in the oven at 175C for 10-14 minutes.
- 7 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium rare.
- Take it out from the oven and cool it down for a few minutes.
- Insert a knife in between the bones to cut them up.
- This is a simple, but super delicious rack of lamb.
