Sugar Free Pecan Pie
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 2 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup splenda
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1 tbsp flour or 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- preheat oven to 375F
- prrriick pie crust with fork and cover edges with foil to prevent over browning
- mix eggs, agave, splenda, and flour in medium bowl
- add pecans and butter , stir well
- pour into pie shell
- bake at 375F for 60 minutes or until a knife comes clean when inserted
- remove foil from edges, bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes until edges are golden
- cool, serve, and enjoy.
