Five Flavor Pound Cake

  1. Cream the butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add extracts.
  2. Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add sifted together flour, baking powder and salt to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
  3. Spoon mixture into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan lined with greased brown paper (optional).
  4. Bake in a 325u0b0 oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done.
  5. Add glaze, if desired, or cool in pan before turning out on a cooling rack.
