Sunshine's Bean Salad

  1. Drain and rinse beans.
  2. Place in bowl.
  3. Evenly dice all vegetables and finely chop parsley.
  4. Add to bowl.
  5. In separate container, mix dressing ingredients.
  6. Pour over salad bowl and toss until thoroughly mixed.
  7. NOTE: Though it can be served upon preparation, its taste improves upon standing.
  8. Will keep for days and days in the fridge.

bean medley, freshly blanched green beans, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, celery, flatleaf, sugar, vinegar, salad oil, celery seeds, black pepper
