Caramel Pear Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. In large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Add in lowfat milk; beat till smooth.
  3. Stir in pears and pecans.
  4. Turn into an ungreased 2-qt casserole.
  5. In bowl combine brown sugar, butter and boiling water; pour proportionately over batter.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
