Caramel Pear Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 med Pears Or possibly, peeled and minced
- 2 c. (Or possibly 16 Ounce. Can) Pears, liquid removed and minced
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
- 3/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. Boiling water Ice cream or possibly Cold Whip, (optional)
- In large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt.
- Add in lowfat milk; beat till smooth.
- Stir in pears and pecans.
- Turn into an ungreased 2-qt casserole.
- In bowl combine brown sugar, butter and boiling water; pour proportionately over batter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
