Stuffing Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Make the stuffing according to the box (youll typically need water and oil, as directed in mix package), using directions for 4 servings.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until creamy.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish, cover with soup mixture, and top with stuffing.
  5. Bake chicken about 30 minutes, until cooked through.
