Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat)

  1. The Minced meat is of goat but lamb meat can be used as well.DO NOT MAKE THIS RECIPE WITH CHICKEN MEAT.
  2. Add oil and chopped onions n fry till its slightly brown.
  3. add slit green chillies to it.
  4. wash the meat n drain water.
  5. add this to the onions with salt n mix well
  6. After few mins add Ginger garlic paste.mix it well n keep on medium flame to let it cook untill da ginger, garlic n meat smell goes away.it means that he water from the meat has dried off
  7. now add all the spices one by one along with salt n mix well.
  8. after mixing add 2 cups or 1glass water n let it boil away till abt 8 -10mins with lid on
  9. keep till desired thickness, garnish with coriander leaves
