- 2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp safflower oil or possibly spray freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. mushroom gravy

- Coat the seitan slice with the crumbs.
- Crisp/brown the cutlet about 3 min per side.
