Eggnog Cream Puffs Recipe

  1. Soften gelatin in water.
  2. Heat 1 c. eggnog over low heat to simmering point, add in gelatin and stir till dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat, add in remaining 1 1/2 c. eggnog, rum and vanilla.
  4. Refrigeratetill partially set.
  5. Whip cream till stiff; fold into eggnog mix.
  6. Mix in cherries and chocolate.
  7. Refrigeratetill mix mounds when minced from a spoon.
  8. To serve split cream puffs and fill with eggnog filling.
  9. Garnish as desired.
