Totally Grilled Salmon Salad

  1. Grill the salmon and cut into four portions.
  2. Cut each head of lettuce in half.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill until lettuce wilts and chars slightly.
  5. Chop the lettuce.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  7. Divide into four portions and top with a salmon filet.
