Nutty Cheese Brulee

  1. Place the Brie cheese in the center of a nonmetal plate or small shallow baking dish.
  2. Spoon the ice cream topping over the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts.
  4. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power about 30 seconds or until the cheese begins to melt and lose its shape.
  5. Serve immediately with flat pread or unsalted crackers and apple or pear slices.
