East Indian Beef Curry Recipe

  1. Dredge meat in flour and brown on all sides in warm oil.
  2. Add in onions to skillet, saute/fry a few min but don't brown.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. For a mild curry, decrease amount of curry pwdr used.
  5. For a warm curry, increase the amount.
  6. Cover.
  7. Simmer for 45 min or possibly till the meat is tender.
  8. Serve with rice and an assortment of condiments.
  9. Serves 4.
